  2. To what extent, in what formats, planning processes in the context of conflict have been capable, or would be capable, to be articulated with struggles related to work, gender, race?

  3. Which collective subjects that are capable of rescuing the city as a political arena emerge in the reported experience?

CARTOGRAPHIES IN CONFLICTS

  1. What is the relationship between conflict contexts and cartographic repertoires (products and processes) and spatial imaginations? Who maps whom? Can maps be tools / instruments of struggle?

  2. How do the uses of insurgent and social cartography alter communication in the struggle processes and in relations with the State? What possibilities, challenges and tensions emerge from the techniques and resources adopted?

POPULAR ADVISORY: REFLECTIONS AND CHALLENGES

  1. What are the main challenges to be faced in the relationship between community assistance and residents, communities and movements in popular planning processes?

  2. Are community assistance services necessary? Why? What role do they play in struggles and mobilizations? What are their possibilities and limits?
